Daniel Otma
Daniel war in seiner Jugend sehr schüchtern, wurde in der Schule gemobbt und hatte einen schlechten Selbstwert. Zudem litter er über zehn Jahre an extremen Nackenschmerzen & Verspannungen. Keine herkömmlichen Methoden oder Ansätze konnten ihm dabei wirklich helfen.
Erst als Daniel mit Krafttraining und gesunder Ernährung begann, kamen leichte Verbesserungen. Die große Veränderung kam aber erst, als er eine Entscheidung traf und sich professionelle und unkonventionelle Mentoren suchte.
Diese Mentoren halfen ihm, seine mentalen Muster aufzulösen und strukturelle Defizite in Körper und Gehirn ausgleichen. Dadurch löste sich endlich der Knoten. Daniel konnte dadurch seine Schmerzen und mentalen Blockaden hinter sich lassen und ein glückliches, zufriedes, selbstbewusstes und schmerzfreies Leben führen.
Durch seinen Leidensweg machte er es sich zur Aufgabe, anderen Menschen zu helfen. Er absolvierte eine Vielzahl von Ausbildungen & Seminaren in Deutschland und Amerika. Er hat seit den letzten 10 Jahren mit über 3000 Menschen gearbeitet und während dieser Zeit seine eigene Methode ausgearbeitet, welche Body & Mind vereint. Ich bin total begeistert!
Daniel hat mir aus dem Herzen gesprochen – vor allem die Frage „….. was ist davor passiert“. Seit einem Jahr „kämpfe“ ich mit Rückenschmerzen, seit einem Jahr rödel ich meine letzten 10 Jahre auf, die fast durchgängig, mit einigen wenigen Unterbrechungen, unter absolutem mentalen Streß standen. Leider geht die „Umwelt“ zum Teil kontraproduktiv damit um, indem gesagt wird, du mußt zum Ortho, laß dieses und jenes machen/kontrollieren, nimm doch Schmerzmittel und und und…..Da braucht man schon wieder Stärke, um seinen Standpunkt zu verteidigen. Schließlich jedoch weiß ich am Besten, was mir gut tut und was nicht bzw. was ich nicht möchte.
