Rückenfit in 5 Minuten Teil 2
„Kleingewicht 1 Kg oder Wasserflasche“
In dieser heutigen Übungseinheit geht es im Stehen erst einmal schwungvoll los.
Nach dem Warm-up werden wir auf den Boden gehen. Stabiler Rumpf und Kräftigung mit den Gewichten durch Arme anheben und senken. Nach vorne/seitlich/hinten. Es geht weiter in Rückenlage, wo Du beide Arme mit dem Gewicht in die Luft hebst und das rechte Bein streckst.
Nun Arme nach hinten gestreckt senken und gleichzeitig das Bein nach vorne gestreckt senken. Dieses wiederholst Du mit dem anderen Bein. Katzenbuckel und Pferderücken entlasten schonend den Rücken.

Liebe Andrea,
Dein Kongress ist der Knüller, besonders jetzt die Zielgerade. Ich höre gerade Andreas Bernknecht und bin restlos begeistert. Bin nur noch am Verfolgen der Interviews mit ungeahnter Energie. Seit Freitag mittag bin ich fast pausenlos dabei, weil ich nichts verpassen möchte. Samstag vormittag musste ich Kongress-Pause machen wegen Arbeit bis Samstag nachmittag und dachte ich falle gleich ins Bett, weil ich in der Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag nur zwei Stunden Schlaf bekommen habe. Aber mein Akku hält immer noch, wegen der Begeisterung.
Dieses Kommentarkästchen ist vielleicht nicht das passende für diesen Text, aber ich habe keine andere Mailadresse gefunden. (Gibt es eine? Da packe ich auf Wunsch noch mehr Kommentare als Gesamtbewertung rein.)
